Testing and Transparency — 30%
We look at whether testing information is available, current, independently produced and publicly verifiable. We also consider how honestly each supplier explains what has and hasn’t been tested.
A COA is valuable evidence, but it represents the sample submitted to the laboratory—not necessarily every individual vial. Suppliers earn points for presenting testing responsibly rather than treating one impressive purity result as a blanket guarantee.
Customer Reviews and Reputation — 20%
We assess available customer feedback across independent review platforms, websites and social channels.
We look beyond the star rating to consider the number of reviews, how recent they are and what customers repeatedly say about communication, delivery, packaging, reliability and problem resolution. A perfect score based on three reviews is not treated the same as years of consistent feedback.
Customer Service and Support — 20%
Great support can completely change the ordering experience.
We consider how easy it is to contact the business, response times, availability and whether customers receive genuine assistance when something goes wrong. Extra support options—such as 24/7 assistance, personal social-media replies, VIP communities or educational tools—may strengthen a supplier’s score.
Pricing and Overall Value — 15%
The cheapest option is not automatically the best value, and the most expensive does not automatically mean the highest quality.
We compare pricing across similar products while also considering testing, customer support, rewards, discounts and the overall service provided. Suppliers score well when their pricing feels fair, accessible and clearly communicated.
Ordering, Dispatch and Customer Experience — 10%
We consider how easy the website is to navigate, whether product information is clear and how straightforward the ordering process feels.
Local stock, dependable dispatch, professional packaging, payment options and clear communication throughout the order may all contribute to the score. Suppliers that hold and dispatch their own stock may also receive stronger marks than businesses relying on unclear dropshipping arrangements.
Rewards and Additional Benefits — 5%
This category recognises the extras that make a supplier memorable.
Points programs, referral rewards, discount codes, loyalty benefits, educational resources, community access and AI assistance can all add value—but they cannot make up for weak transparency, poor support or unreliable service.
More Than Just a Number
The final ranking reflects the complete picture, but the numbered position is not the whole story. Each featured supplier has been selected because it offers something genuinely valuable—and every profile explains exactly what that supplier is best known for.
One reseller may be the strongest choice for independent testing, while another may stand out for affordability, local dispatch, round-the-clock support or an exceptional rewards program. The best choice ultimately depends on what matters most to the individual customer.
Keeping Our Rankings Fair
Our rankings are based on publicly available information, supplier documentation, verifiable testing records, customer feedback and the overall buying experience visible at the time of assessment.
Scores may change when businesses publish new testing, improve their services, receive significant new feedback or change their pricing and policies.
Some links or discount codes featured on this website may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if a purchase is made. Affiliate participation does not guarantee inclusion, determine a supplier’s position or increase its score. Our goal is simple: explain what each reseller does well, identify where transparency may be limited and help readers compare their options more confidently.
